We won a holiday to Budapest through Bauer Media on Kiss Radio and the lovely Laura planned our trip from start to finish. From the get go, Laura was incredibly responsive and gave us all of our options very clearly. Once booked, she made sure we had all the details we needed and made sure we were happy with everything. Laura’s communication was amazing, she even checked in with us before we left to make sure we weren’t missing anything. We genuinely felt so at ease with the trip. Laura and her colleague Holly were incredibly responsive when we were on the trip if we had any questions and I’m so grateful for that. Nous avons gagnés un voyage en Californie avec mon fils par le biais d'un jeu Ficello & Garfield et il a été organisé de A à Z par Mme Olivia Canfor-Wood, je ne sais comment la remercier tellement elle a été patiente, douce, bienveillante et précise jusqu'au dernier moment. Great communication in lead up to the weekend of taking the prize trip. Everything was perfectly organised, from the travel arrangements to the hotel, and it all went incredibly smoothly without a hitch. The hotel and our room were lovely, and the afternoon tea was absolutely delicious, luxurious, and such a real treat. Because everything was so well planned, we were able to make the most of our time and enjoy some fantastic experiences, including a visit to the Natural History Museum and a trip to see a show, Beetlejuice. It made for a truly memorable weekend. Thank you to Element again for all the thought, effort and care that went into organising it. We had an absolutely fabulous time and really appreciated every detail.
