From the get go, Laura was incredibly responsive and gave us all of our options very clearly. Once booked, she made sure we had all the details we needed and made sure we were happy with everything. Laura’s communication was amazing, she even checked in with us before we left to make sure we weren’t missing anything. We genuinely felt so at ease with the trip. Laura and her colleague Holly were incredibly responsive when we were on the trip if we had any questions and I’m so grateful for that.
