Yes! Some clients come to us with budgets of £100; others come with budgets of £100,000 or more. No budget is too big or small. And lots of clients are surprised by what can be achieved on a relatively modest budget.

If you’re not totally sure of your budget, we can keep things flexible. We don’t charge for making amendments to proposals so, if things change, just let us know and we’ll re-work the packages to fit your new budget.

There’s no upfront cost when you ask us to work on your brief. We’ll put together bespoke prize ideas free of charge. Our proposal will include prices for each package, which are inclusive of our management fee.

If you choose to purchase one or more of these packages, we’ll then proceed to invoice accordingly. Our management fee includes liaising with your winners, making all bookings on their behalf, and managing the process from start to finish.

Our fee will depend on the complexity of the project, but it’ll always be included in that upfront package cost. It’s simple, transparent and guaranteed in advance – so no nasty surprises later on!

Definitely. We work with clients on six continents (still waiting for that elusive brief from Antarctica…), and have sent travellers to over 70 countries around the world. In most cases, we can also quote and bill in your local currency, to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.

We do. We have a multilingual fulfilment team who manage all prize and incentive winners. Once you’ve sent us your winner’s contact details, we’ll take the reins within 24 hours. The winner’s designated fulfilment manager will arrange every prize element; flights, accommodation, transport and more. We provide a 24 hour contact number for winners who are travelling and on-site management can also be arranged on request. After the prize experience, we’ll send you full feedback including photos, for maximum PR benefit.

We’re specifically a prize and incentive agency. Lots of our work involves marketing campaigns, and many of our clients are marketing agencies, but we only get involved when it comes to all aspects of prizes, incentives and rewards.

Yes we are, we are licenced by the CAA (ATOL Number 10207) and an ABTA licenced travel agency (ABTA number: Y2441).

Additional Services

Whatever the prize, incentive or reward that we’re supplying, we can provide full Terms and Conditions for the package. These will clearly outline what’s included and excluded, any restrictions on how/when the prize can be redeemed, and any other vital information for customers to know before entering.

A picture paints a thousand words, so it’s important to get the imagery right when you’re promoting your latest competition or incentive. If you can tell us where the promotion will be running, we’ll supply a range of approved images to illustrate the prize, which you can incorporate into your campaign artwork.

Promoting your competition via TV or video? That’s not a problem either. We can source footage too, so just let us know what you need!

If you’re in need of an easy, cost-effective promotional entry mechanic – without the need for an online microsite – a text-to-win SMS entry route could be perfect for you. We can set up a simple five-digit entry code and keyword for your campaign, meaning that winners can enter for the price of a text message.

If you’re running a promotion, it’s imperative that the winner selection process is fair. If the competition is being judged, the judging panel must be impartial. And if the selection is by random draw, that draw must be genuinely and demonstrably random.

If you need a third-party to carry out that random draw, we can help. We’ll draw the winners blind (i.e. without access to any identifying data), via a random number generator, ensuring total fairness and impartiality.

When running an on-pack promotion, one of the most popular ways to prove purchase is via unique alphanumeric codes printed on/in packs. This often requires millions of codes. We can assist with generating these.

We’ll ensure that they’re unique and non-sequential, in order to avoid fraudulent entries. And we can generate them in any format that you require, making it easy for printing and distribution.
