All of our proposals are bespoke and tailored to your brief. We’ll assist with sourcing images/footage for your promotion, and will provide full terms and conditions for all prizes.

Once the campaign is over, just pass your winners’ details over to us and we’ll handle the fulfilment of their prize. We’ve fulfilled over 60,000 prizes around the world, so they’re in safe hands!

Absolutely. Most projects start with an initial chat about what you’re trying to achieve. There’s no charge for our ideas or proposals, and we’re always happy to help!

Yes! Some clients come to us with budgets of £100; others come with budgets of £100,000 or more. No budget is too big or small. And lots of clients are surprised by what can be achieved on a relatively modest budget.

This happens, it’s ok. We can start with ideas and shape those according to the budget.

Yes we can, whether that is deciding on different prize tiers or figuring out whether you need a star prize, smaller rewards or both. That is all part of the service.

All package costs that we provide are inclusive of our management fee. This includes liaising with your winners, making all bookings on their behalf, and managing the process from start to finish. Our fee will depend on the complexity of the project, but we’ll always confirm upfront. It’s simple and transparent – so no nasty surprises!

Definitely! We work with clients on six continents (still waiting for that elusive brief from Antarctica…), and have sent travellers to 52 countries around the world. In most cases, we can also quote and bill in your local currency, to make the process as easy and seamless as possible.

Of course. Some of our clients might already have the prizes (i.e. festival tickets, merchandise, private access to a film studio) and simply require fulfilment services or management of their winners, so that’s no problem at all.

We do! We have a multi-lingual fulfilment team who manage all prize and incentive winners. Once you’ve sent us your winner’s contact details, we’ll take the reins within 24 hours. The winner’s designated fulfilment manager will arrange every prize element; flights, accommodation, transport and more. We provide a 24 hour contact number for winners who are travelling and on-site management can also be arranged on request. After the prize experience, we’ll send you full feedback including photos, for maximum PR benefit!
