Prize package for 2 adults includes:

• Airfare: Roundtrip airfare from winner’s nearest major international airport within mainland Europe or mainland USA to Rome, Italy
• Transfers: Roundtrip airport transfers in Rome
• Accommodation: 3 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Rome, based on sharing a double/twin room, with daily breakfast
• Private Colosseum Tour with Special Underground Access: (3 hours) Includes: professional guide and tour of Undergrounds chambers, First and Second Floors and Arena Floor, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill
• Bespoke Gladiator Training Experience: (2 hours) Includes: lesson from members of the Historic Group of Rome, all equipment and roundtrip transfers
• Private Ancient Rome Horse Riding Tour & Archery Masterclass: (Allow Half Day) Includes: Professional guides and instructors, all equipment, roundtrip transfers
• Rooftop Dinner: Provided to the value of €200 EUR incl. gratuity

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Roundtrip economy / coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports in mainland Europe or mainland USA only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport, do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18, where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
• Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy hotel room for three (3) nights in Rome, Italy; Stay must include a Saturday night; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;
• Prize Packages for two (2) people, comprising of two (2) adults all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; Any necessary visas and insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas and New Year (22^nd December – 2^nd January), Easter weekend and major public holidays in the departure or arrival country;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
• The gladiator experience will be tailored to the participants’ abilities;
• For the horse riding and archery experience, the minimum age is 14 years old and a maximum weight may apply and will be advised upon booking; It is not recommended for those with health conditions or those who are pregnant;
• Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of €200 EUR, including gratuity;
• All tours and experiences will be available in English or Italian;
