ALFA ROMEO X ELEMENT PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Background

1. The promoter is Stellantis UK Limited trading as Alfa Romeo, Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry CV3 1ND (the “Promoter”).

2. The prize provider is Element London Limited, Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN (the “Prize Provider”).

3. The winners are selected at random through a prize draw facilitated by Promoter (the “Winners”). There are up to 28 Winners in total.

4. Each prize package is for 2 people, and includes:
   1. 1 night’s hotel accommodation in a UK location of winner’s choice, with a five-star rating, with a range of hotel options available nationwide, based on sharing a double or twin room
   2. Breakfast
   3. Three-course dinner and drinks at hotel restaurant or bar, up to a maximum value of £75 per person, including service charge

Terms and Conditions 

5. Each Winner will be asked by the Prize Provider to specify the region/county of the United Kingdom where they’d like to stay, along with their chosen travel dates. The Prize Provider will then confirm 2-3 available hotel options within the winner’s chosen location. All hotel options are subject to availability.

6. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation. Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room. The hotel will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion.

7. The Prize Package is transferable, to a UK resident aged 18 or over that the Winner may nominate, but non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. All elements of the Prize Package are subject to availability.

8. The Prize Package can be taken between 1 June 2026 and 31 May 2027 (the “Relevant Period”). Travel will not be permitted over 21 December – 2 January, over Easter Sunday, or over UK bank holidays. Travel must be booked and completed within the Relevant Period. All elements of the Prize Package must be taken at the same time. Once booked, the Prize Package cannot be altered or amended. The winner must give no less than six weeks’ notice to the Prize Provider in advance of their chosen travel dates.

9. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over at the time of accepting the Prize Package. Any travellers aged under 18 must have parental or guardian permission prior to travel.

10. The prize excludes travel costs, meals and drinks (except where stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the these terms and conditions. Where applicable, anything not expressly included in these terms and conditions will be at the Winner’s own expense.

11. Any personal data submitted by the Winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy: https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/.

12. The Winner and their guest travel at their own risk. The Prize Provider reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Prize Package.

13. The Promoter and each of its respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Prize Package.

14. These terms and conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with them are governed by English law and the courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
