Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having won a 2 night trip to Iceland, I was delighted to be contacted by Siobhan who organised everything for us, only requiring our details and preferred dates for travel. When it came to trip time, everything was handled perfectly. Bookings were all accurate and flowed well, and communication was excellent. At no point did I feel like anything could go wrong, and it didn't.

On behalf of myself and my now fiancée (who said yes under a spectacular northern lights show) a huge thanks to Siobhan and Element for giving us an unforgettable adventure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was lucky enough to win a trip to Nashville, my details were then passed to Element to sort and book the prize. The contact there Clare Richardson from the outset gave clear communication via email, and when we were ready to go ahead and book the holiday, she sorted everything to the dates requested, including booking of a tour and tickets to a show all part of the prize, again on the date we asked for, all this ensured the holiday went smoothly and we had a fantastic time. A high quality service provided by Clare.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Alors merci, Liv 😁

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After winning a competition of a 2 night stay with Canopy & Stars which was amazing, dealing with Siobhán of Element was soo very easy.
Nothing seemed to be a problem to her, she made everything so simple and uncomplicated. Even while we were away she kept us informed of any changes.
So thankful for our time away and very thankful to Siobhán of Element.
