We managed the prize and entry mechanic for a luxurious giveaway to the Amalfi Coast for Malfy Gin.

The Brief

Handle the redemption mechanic and prize fulfilment for a Malfy Gin competition to run on neck collars, exclusively for Tesco customers.

The Solution

The prize was a luxurious five-night break to showcase the best of the Amalfi Coast in Italy, including an exclusive sightseeing tour by vintage Fiat car, a private boat cruise to the region’s iconic grottos, and a four-course dining experience at one of Amalfi’s top restaurants.

In addition, we created a bespoke campaign microsite, built from design assets supplied by the client. Because this was a ‘purchase necessary’ campaign, there were two routes to entry. Customers purchasing in-store were asked to provide the unique code from their bottle’s neck collar, while customers purchasing online were asked to provide a scan of their online receipt for verification.

We issued the unique codes for the promotion, and also ensured that the microsite didn’t permit entry from anyone without a valid code or online receipt.
