I recently won a competition with Vodafone VeryMe Rewards, and the delivery was managed by Element. I am absolutely blown away by their incredibly fast and professional service.
I won the prize early on Thursday morning and received an immediate response later that day. Everything was processed so quickly that by Sunday morning, the entire delivery was already complete and at my home.

The communication was great, I had the chance to pick a prize from a few different options which was a nice touch.
I am advised which prize I wanted and it was ordered the same day and came the next day to my home.

Ich habe bei TK Maxx beim Treasur Punkte sammeln die Kinogutscheine gewonnen und das Gewinnspiel wurde von Element organisiert.
Zuerst ging das fix, Element hat sich bei mir im August 26 gemeldet und wollte einige Eckdaten, um den Gewinn zuzustellen. Dann passierte erst mal nix und nur immer nochmal Nachfragen...

Ich hatte die Hoffnung im Oktober schon fast aufgegeben und wollte nur noch einmal nachfragen, ob denn nun endlich was passieren würde  - da antwortete mir ein sehr netter Herr, der sich zunächst für die Verzögerungen entschuldigte und mir anschließend  innerhalb eines Tages meinen Gewinn auf mein Paypalkonto ausgezahlt hat!
