We arranged ticketed viewing parties for UFC fans in some of London’s top event venues.

The Brief

Arrange aspirational viewing party events around key fights in the UFC calendar, in order to drive brand engagement among the UFC’s UK fanbase.

The Solution

Working with top London venues – including Kachette, The Brewery and 26 Leake Street – we have created a series of unique viewing party events to engage UFC fans.

With a range of suppliers involved – ranging from caterers and mobile bar providers through to AV, furniture hire and promotional staffing – we coordinated with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless fan experience for guests.

As well as watching the fights on the big screen, guests were treated to photo opportunities, athlete meet-and-greets, exclusive samples of Howler Head (the official whiskey of UFC), and limited-edition goody bags to take home.
