WEST SIDE STORY

The Brief

Create and fulfil an exciting press trip for a group of journalists and influencers for the promotion of Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story, with Disney France.

The Solution

We worked with the West Side Story locations manager Rob Striem to create a custom-made tour of the movie’s filming locations, which included street locations in Harlem and New Jersey, out-of-hours access to the Met Cloisters museum, and private access to a church in the Upper West Side.

We then worked with a French tour company on a bespoke tour of the Meatpacking District, Hudsons Yard, the High Line and the Lincoln Center so the group could learn about the history of New York.

A member of our team was on-site to accompany the group and ensure the trip ran smoothly.

Additionally, we organised all meals, ground transfers and a professional photographer to capture the experience!
