The Brief

Arrange an annual weekend getaway for a 40-person team in the recruitment sector, offering a range of activities for people with different interests.

The Solution

In 2022, we arranged a two-night city break in Lisbon for the guests, complete with luxury hotel accommodation in the heart of the city, a three-course dinner at a traditional Portuguese restaurant, a sightseeing city tour by tuk-tuk, and a boat tour on the River Tagus

In 2023, we took the incentive trip in a different direction, hiring The Workation Village, a unique castle retreat in the hills of northern Italy

Guests enjoyed activities on site, including e-bike riding, archery and cookery lessons, as well as hiking, volleyball, swimming and other sports

All meals were provided on site – including a gala dinner on the Saturday evening – along with an all-inclusive drinks package throughout their stay, meaning no worries about a hefty bar bill at the end of the weekend!
