The Brief
Bauer Media’s 2025 partnership between Magic Radio and EE required two bespoke experiential events, designed to bring the brands’ storytelling and connectivity campaigns to life. The ask was to create elevated, memorable experiences for winners while supporting EE and Magic in generating high-quality branded content.
The Solution
In August, we delivered an exclusive Murder Mystery experience at Leeds Castle to celebrate the launch of a new series based on a bestselling mystery book. EE TV and Magic wanted a premium, atmospheric setting that would delight competition winners while also creating strong social content.
We sourced the venue, managed filming logistics, and partnered with a local production company to develop a bespoke storyline featuring references to EE, the castle, and the upcoming series. Brand integration ran throughout the evening, from welcome drinks and curated table settings to themed gift bags designed to encourage both planned and organic content capture.
Alongside the creative delivery, we managed all winner logistics including communication, travel, and overnight accommodation, as well as full event production and onsite delivery. Feedback from both clients and guests was exceptional, with winners describing the evening as an unforgettable experience.
Following the success of the event, Magic and EE asked us to bring their festive “Friendsmas” concept to life, centred around EE’s connectivity message.
We sourced a central London venue suitable for filming, hosting, and an intimate dinner for 20 guests, transforming it into a Magic x EE winter wonderland that blended both brands’ colours into a cohesive festive setting. The evening featured a cosy three-course Christmas dinner, a surprise visit from Santa, and carol singing to enhance the atmosphere.
Guests received tailored gift bags based on whether they were “hosting” or “guesting” for the season. As with the previous event, we also managed all winner logistics, including travel, accommodation, and full onsite delivery.
Across both events, we delivered end-to-end partnership and event coordination, venue sourcing, supplier management, brand integration, and winner management. The experiences combined brand storytelling with carefully curated moments, resulting in strong client feedback, engaging content, and memorable experiences for guests.
