The Brief

Create a once-in-a-lifetime group winner event to celebrate the 30-year anniversary of US gym brand Crunch Fitness

The Solution

We came up with the idea of a luxury private island fitness retreat, an exclusive winner event for 30 people to celebrate 30 years of Crunch. We arranged exclusive hire of a luxurious private island in Belize for a three-night stay, and coordinated travel for 15 winners and their guests.

Winners enjoyed all-inclusive accommodation throughout their stay, as well as unlimited use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear. We organised live evening entertainment, including a performance from an energetic Belizean Band and a beach bonfire party with Belizean drummers, while Crunch staff members ran a full daytime program of exercise classes and personal training sessions.

With two Element staff members on site to manage the event and ensure that everything ran smoothly, we gave Crunch a birthday party that nobody will forget!
