The Solution

Visa Latin America partnered up with Disney to celebrate the theatrical release of Mufasa: The Lion King, launching promotional campaigns with local banks across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Guatemala via social media, in-app platforms, and online channels. Our role was to design a once-in-a-lifetime prize that would captivate and engage audiences while bringing the magic of Mufasa: The Lion King to life.

We crafted a bespoke eight-night adventure in Namibia for 33 winners from across Latin America and Visa staff members, hosted by two on-site Element event managers. The experience was centred around Etosha National Park – one of the world’s premier wildlife destinations, known for its unique landscape and exceptional game viewing. The itinerary included stays at three distinctive lodges, alongside a variety of incredible activities and dining experiences.

From a 4,000-hectare private reserve where rooms opened directly onto the bush, to a lodge featuring 40 private chalets each with its own pool and sweeping views of the plains, guests enjoyed extraordinary accommodation throughout. Daily guided game drives at sunrise, sunset, and after dark offered opportunities to spot four of the Big Five, while highlights included a sundowner picnic with Namibian delicacies, celebratory drinks, and a visit to a local conservation initiative.

We managed every detail from arrival to departure – including flights, transport, accommodation, meals, and expertly guided activities – ensuring guests could fully relax and enjoy the very best of Namibia.

One unforgettable moment took place at King Nehale Lodge, where one lucky winner proposed beside their private pool against a backdrop of epic landscapes, later celebrating with a special group dinner.
