We created and fulfilled loyalty rewards for Three’s acclaimed Wuntu rewards app, offering a wide range of unique, quirky and unconventional prizes.

The Brief

Create and source a range of unique and unconventional prize experiences for the Wuntu loyalty rewards app, including a fully comprehensive winner management service, and provide end-to-end fulfilment for all Wuntu prize giveaways.

The Solution

The prizes that we sourced and fulfilled for Wuntu included a wide range of travel packages (both within the UK and internationally), as well as voucher-based rewards, event tickets and physical merchandise.

To fit with the brand’s fun and irreverent positioning, we created and fulfilled a range of fun, quirky and innovative travel prizes, including a trip to the Dog Surfing Championships in San Francisco, a UFO treehouse stay in Sweden, and a chance to take part in the world’s biggest food fight in Spain!

We also created a wide range of seasonal prizes and rewards, including a Valentine’s trip to Rome (plus a corresponding anti-Valentine’s trip to Vegas!), a magical Christmas weekend in Paris, and a Cinco de Mayo holiday to Mexico.

As well as fulfilling our own prizes, we also organised travel arrangements and provided winner management services to facilitate prize experiences provided by other Wuntu partners. These included trips to the Heat Radio Pool Party in Marbella, the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London, and the Ocean Beach Club in Ibiza.

Finally, in addition to fulfilling travel and experience prizes, we handled winner management and fulfilment for a range of voucher and product-based prizes, on behalf of Wuntu and their partners. These included vouchers for clothes, takeaways, supermarkets, travel and entertainment brands.
